Website terms.

Clear boundaries for the information, illustrations and enquiry tools on this site.

A conversation about your property

Canadian Clean Energy uses this website to explain solar and battery-storage options and receive enquiries about Ontario properties. Sending an enquiry does not create an installation contract, reserve equipment, approve financing or authorise work. Any project proceeds under its own written scope and agreement.

An initial assessment discussion depends on the information you provide. It is not a completed engineering design, structural assessment, electrical inspection or utility connection approval. The team will clarify the next review needed for your site.

The enquiry form is hosted by LeadConnector / HighLevel. Follow the validation and response shown by that form, or use the email alternative if it is unavailable. Displaying or opening the form does not confirm that Canadian Clean Energy has received an enquiry. Submitting it is a company enquiry, not a government incentive application.

Project outcomes depend on the site

Solar output, battery operation, bill savings and project economics depend on factors such as the building, equipment, shading, electricity use, tariff, weather, financing and operating strategy. Backup power requires equipment and a system specifically designed for that purpose. A solar or battery installation does not automatically provide whole-property backup.

General examples and illustrations on this website are not a quotation, a guaranteed return or a prediction of your property’s results. A project proposal should identify its assumptions and scope.

Incentives, tax information and official applications

The incentive guide is general information, with links to official program and CRA sources. Rules, budgets, deadlines and eligibility can change. Some programs require approval before a purchase or installation. Check the current official rules before committing to a project.

Program administrators determine eligibility and payment. An accountant or other qualified tax adviser should confirm how credits, deductions and assistance apply to your particular ownership, costs and use. The site does not provide personalised tax, legal or investment advice, and does not guarantee a rebate, tax deduction or credit.

Canadian Clean Energy is an independent solar business, not affiliated with the CRA or a government agency, and does not administer the programs linked here. Links to a government, utility or program administrator do not imply endorsement or affiliation. An assessment enquiry here does not submit a government or utility application.

Conceptual imagery and motion

AI-generated property images and video are identified as concepts. They are not photographs or footage of completed Canadian Clean Energy installations. The interactive campus, animated energy flows and day-to-night sequence are educational illustrations, not engineering drawings, measured operating data or proof of performance. Any worked savings example uses stated assumptions; it is not a measured Canadian Clean Energy customer result or a promise of savings for your property.
