Your enquiry uses a hosted form

Canadian Clean Energy uses a form hosted by LeadConnector / HighLevel to receive and manage requests. The form currently asks for a full name, phone number, email address, property address and type of business. Phone and email are marked as required. The form’s fields and validation are managed in HighLevel and may be updated there.

When you submit the hosted form, the information you enter is sent to the provider for the business’s enquiry workflow. This is different from an email draft saved on your device. The business uses enquiry information to understand your property, respond and arrange a relevant follow-up. The website cannot independently confirm receipt or the provider’s follow-up automation.

When the form loads, your browser connects to the provider and its supporting services. Those requests can include an IP address, browser details and technical request information. The embedding software also passes the page address, query parameters and referral information to the form. Your browser may remember fields through its own autofill features.

Email as an alternative

You can also contact info@canadian-cleanenergy.ca. Sending an email passes your message through your own email provider, Cloudflare’s email forwarding for this domain, and the business’s mailbox provider.

Share contact details and a short project summary at this stage. Please do not include a Social Insurance Number, tax return, payment details or other confidential records. The enquiry form is not a document-upload portal.

Cookies & tracking

The site’s own code does not install visitor analytics or advertising pixels. Fonts, images, video and the 3D software are served with the site. Blue Horizon is the site’s selected palette. The separate palette reference page can temporarily show other colours; the site’s own colour code does not store that choice.

The hosted form and its embedding software are third-party content. The embedding software uses browser storage for form visits and campaign referral parameters; depending on the provider’s settings, it can also save data used to remember contact details. The form provider and supporting services may use additional cookies or similar technology. Blocking third-party content or storage may affect the form; the email alternative remains available.

The supplied embed asks the provider to read an existing cookie-consent manager. That setting does not itself create a cookie banner or collect marketing consent. Read any choices and disclosures shown in the form before submitting. You can read HighLevel’s privacy policy and cookie policy for provider information; HighLevel explains that its customers’ notices govern data processed on their behalf.

Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. It processes technical request information, which can include an IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. Depending on the security features in use, Cloudflare may set essential security cookies. These are separate from advertising tracking. See Cloudflare’s privacy notice and its cookie documentation.

Service providers and retention

Cloudflare provides website hosting and security services. LeadConnector / HighLevel provides the hosted form and enquiry-management service. Email providers process messages sent through the email alternative. Cloudflare also forwards email sent to this domain to the business’s own mailbox. Information may be processed or stored outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to foreign authorities under local law. External websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices.

Submitted enquiries can be held in the provider’s system and the business’s enquiry records. Sent email may also remain in your sent mail and the receiving email account. We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless a project, a legal requirement or a dispute means we need to keep them longer. We delete them sooner if you ask. You can ask about a particular enquiry or request its deletion using the contact below. Legal or contractual recordkeeping requirements may limit deletion.

Questions, access or corrections

Email info@canadian-cleanenergy.ca with “Privacy enquiry” in the subject to ask about your information, request access or a correction, request deletion, or ask the team to stop following up. The team may need to confirm your identity before releasing personal information.

If a concern remains unresolved, you can learn about your rights and complaint options through the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Scope of this notice

This notice covers the current website, hosted enquiry form and email alternative. Changes to the providers or data uses will require an updated notice and any appropriate choices. For the limits of project illustrations, incentive information and estimates, read the website terms.
